SC85-002 Sushi Conveyor Emergency Breakdown Service

We respond rapidly to calls for help when there is a problem with one of our conveyors but before contacting us please try the following:

  • Check that the power is 'on'.

  • Check that the emergency stop is in the run mode - unlatched. Note that after the emergency stop button has been pressed you must turn the START/STOP switch to STOP and then to START before the conveyor will run.

  • Check the speed controller indicator for an error. Download the malfunction indicator chart here
  • With the power switched off try running the chain by hand in the forward direction. There is a 'freewheel' in the chain drive and it should be possible to push the chain in the normal direction of travel. If the chain will not move check for obstructions.

  • Check that the overload trip(s) are in the 'ON' position.

Please state clearly what you have observed to be wrong with the conveyor and also what spare parts you have.

To save time and confusion it is very important that you state the serial number and the model as shown on the CE plate. An example is shown below:
